Parking Info & Driving Directions
The recommended parking lot for this event is the UNH Mill Road/Campus Crossing Parking lot.

The first 175 guests may access this parking code to cover parking fees for the day at the Mill Road/Campus Crossing Parking lot.

Instructions for Code usage:
Approach any kiosk in the lot assigned. Press “Coupon” Button enter code provided above and hit enter, the machine will verify the code, once the code is verified, press the green button and receipt will print out. Please remember to display receipt on driver's side dash to avoid ticketing!

To get to Mill Road Lot use GPS to 3 Mill Road, Durham, NH 03824 or follow these directions:

From Points North or South via I-95:
  • From Interstate 95, take the Portsmouth, NH exit for the Spaulding Turnpike
  • ​Follow the turnpike to Exit 6W, Route 4 West to Durham
  • Follow Route 4 west for about 6 miles and take the Rt. 108 Durham/Newmarket exit
  • At the traffic light, turn right onto Main Street 
  • Bear right again at the Durham Post Office onto Madbury Road
  • Shift immediately into the left lane
  • Bear left onto Pettee Brook Lane
  • Bear left onto Main Street and shift immediately into the right lane
  • Just beyond the row of residence halls, turn right onto Mill Road
  • Mill Road Lot will be on your right

From the Manchester, NH Area:
  • Take Route 101 East to Route 125 North
  • Take the first exit off the Lee Traffic Circle onto Route 4 East and follow for approximately 2.5 miles
  • Take the second exit after the circle for Durham, Route 155A exit
  • Go right at end of the exit ramp. Follow straight through rotary  
  • Continue straight through traffic light, through campus and into the center of Durham
  • ​Go right onto Mill Road and take your first right into Mill Road Lot

 From the Concord, NH Area:
  • Take Route 4 East to the Lee Traffic Circle (intersection of Routes 4 and 125)
  • Take the first exit off the Lee Traffic Circle onto Route 4 East and follow for approximately 2.5 miles
  • Take the second exit after the circle for Durham, Route 155A exit
  • Go right at end of the exit ramp. Follow straight through rotary  
  • Continue straight through traffic light, through campus and into the center of Durham
  • Go right onto Mill Road and take your first right into Mill Road Lot

All-day town-owned metered parking available in the following places very close to Paul College:

  • Pettee Brook Lane (on the street)

Handicap Parking
We have handicap spaces available in the Paul College parking lot. They are located near the Health & Wellness Building.
Carpool

Train
The Amtrak Downeaster offers five daily roundtrips between Boston's North Station, Portland, Freeport and Brunswick, Maine. The train stops at the Durham-UNH Train Station/Dairy Bar directly in the center of campus.

To get from the Durham-UNH Train Station/Dairy Bar train stop to Peter T. Paul College (7 min walk):
  • Head south toward Main St
  • Turn left onto Main St
  • Turn left onto Garrison Ave

C&J Bus Lines offers service from Boston South Station, Logan Airport and NYC to two regional park and rides each approximately 10 miles from campus:
  • Pease-Portsmouth Transportation Center (185 Grafton Road)  (connect to campus via COAST Pease-Portsmouth Trolley – then Wildcat Transit Route 4 connection)
  • Dover (Exit 9 Spaulding Turnpike – 23 Indian Brook Drive)
Greyhound offers scheduled service between downtown Boston (South Station) and downtown Portsmouth (Market Square). Connect to Durham from Market Square using Additional Bus Information:
  • Wildcat Transit Route 4.
  • Regional transportation services
  • Wildcat Transit and Campus Connector

COVID-19 GUIDANCE
BLD New England encourages attendees who are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 to bring and wear a mask on the day of the conference. While masks are not mandatory, NH Division of Public Health Services (DPHS) continues to recommend that everybody (except for people with contraindications per CDC guidance) wear face masks when in any public location.
